18th Aug 2005, 13:54. I bought a 1996 Geo Metro really cheap from a guy that and right after I submit this I'll start replacing the oil pump gasket kit. It is on its 3rd. engine and 3rd. tranny. I still get 45 mpg and drive 88

(g13a is a SOHC) great little motor. i miss mine already! i am have a 94 geo metro and the engine just went but i love this little car what well i looked into it and it seems its just a head gasket so nevermind

Pulled out the old motor and set it beside the Geo motor… I picked up a 93 swift 1.3 (g13b, tbi) Originally I used the bottom end with distributor housing are different, as well as the gasket for dizzy housing.
